Return Policy

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Picture of damaged products must be provided within 7 days of delivery for free replacement.

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

  • Women’s bras and underwear cannot be returned for sanitary reasons related to covid-19.

  • Clothing can be returned if they are unworn and sealed in their original packaging.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
